How data supplied to NIRNAE is processed, protected, retained and deleted.

What data we process

We process only the records a client department chooses to supply for a specific engagement: transaction exports, vendor or beneficiary masters and supporting registers. We do not acquire government data from any other source, and we do not connect to departmental systems.

Purpose limitation

Supplied data is used solely to perform the analysis the department requested. It is not sold, published, shared with third parties, or used to train any public model.

Transmission and access

Data is transmitted over encrypted channels. Access is limited to the personnel assigned to the engagement. On-premise deployment is available where records may not leave departmental infrastructure.

Retention

Datasets are held for the engagement window and deleted on written request from the department. Derived findings are returned to the department and are not retained for marketing or benchmarking.

Website data

The public website collects an email address only when you submit it through the contact form, and basic anonymous usage analytics. Cookies are limited to what is required for the site to function and for that analytics measurement, subject to your consent choice.

Contact

For any question about data handling, or to request deletion of a dataset or an email address held by us, write to us through the contact form on this site.

Disclosure

Operating boundary. NIRNAE holds no live access to treasury, PFMS, banking or departmental systems. The department exports the records it wants examined and submits them. The product is in pre-deployment: engagements today are supervised pilots on exported or anonymised datasets, and every finding is an indicator for verification, not a determination.
