Terms of Service
The basis on which NIRNAE is provided, and the limits of what its output represents.
NIRNAE is an independent analytical product of VentureSense Technologies LLP. It is not a government body, holds no statutory authority and issues no determination of wrongdoing.
All output is an audit observation with supporting arithmetic and a recommended verification step. Findings are indicators for scrutiny, not proof of an offence, and do not replace a statutory audit, inspection or vigilance inquiry.
Analysis is limited to the records supplied. NIRNAE cannot verify physical works, confirm intent, or examine records that have not been provided. Accuracy of the input remains the responsibility of the supplying department.
Any screening system produces cases that resolve on explanation. Findings are ranked so that scrutiny can be prioritised; each is presented with the figures so it can be dismissed or pursued quickly.
Content on this site is provided for information about the service. It does not constitute legal, financial or audit advice, and may be updated without notice.
Specific commercial, confidentiality and deployment terms are set out in the engagement agreement signed with each department and prevail over anything stated on this website.
Disclosure
Operating boundary. NIRNAE holds no live access to treasury, PFMS, banking or departmental systems. The department exports the records it wants examined and submits them. The product is in pre-deployment: engagements today are supervised pilots on exported or anonymised datasets, and every finding is an indicator for verification, not a determination.
